Is it necessary to schedule an appointment for an estimate?
No, it is not necessary to have an appointment for an estimate. If your vehicle is in a drivable condition you can stop by any time we are open. Our shop hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday and Saturdays by appointment.
If your vehicle is not in a drivable condition we can arrange for it to be towed to our shop. We will then write your estimate after the vehicle arrives of wait for the appropriate insurance company to write the estimate. (Add link to contact page for map of location and address)
How many estimates are required by my insurance company?
It is not necessary to get more than one estimate to turn in to your insurance company.
How much does it cost for an estimate?
All estimates are free of charge.
How long can I expect to wait for an estimate?
Typically, a damage assessment and estimate will not take more than 15 – 30 minutes.
How can I get home if I don’t have a ride or plan to rent a vehicle?
Our shop offers free rides to our customer’s home or work if it is within a reasonable distance and we have someone available to help. Please be sure to let us know ahead of time so we can plan to accommodate you.
What if I need a Rental Car?
We can arrange for you rental vehicle at one of the three car rental companies while your vehicle is being repaired: Don Joseph Toyota Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Hertz Rent-A-Car.
